Website Hosting Agreement

This Website Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Be Right Marketing LLC, doing business as Cool Biz Sites ("Company"), and the client ("Client") upon subscription to any hosting plan.

1. Services

Company agrees to provide website hosting services as described in the selected plan. Services include website hosting, SSL certificate, domain management, and any additional features specified in the selected plan.

2. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay the monthly hosting fee as specified in the selected plan. Payment is due on the same day each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client may cancel at any time. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions. After the 30-day period, no refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Website Edits

Website edits are subject to the limitations of the selected plan. Minor edits are defined as text changes, image swaps, and small layout adjustments. Major edits include new pages, new features, and significant design changes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, Client owns the content of their website. Company retains the right to display the website in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of hosting services. Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 3 months.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
